Ryan Ames

Ryan Ames is an illustrator from the Greater New York area drawn to adding conceptual designs in his artwork and the task of adding social phenomenon in an efficient, memorable way. The telling of a story through cues and composition alone is a challenge considered fun and a true passion of his work.

Ryan is a published illustrator in a series of different children’s books. He has worked for educational gaming companies in Silicon Valley as project manager over groups of many artists, developing hundreds of illustration assets. He developed a thesis on proper educational media for early stages on childhood and aims to include this in his illustrations whenever he breaks away from editorial work.

He has also created branding material such as logos, labels, and merchandise for several businesses from medical and nonprofit to beverages and apparel.
